All Ready To Use
Since the quorum of her conversations with non-Ouroboros Aioniosites has been marked by stiff, if awestruck, deference, Melia finds Masha delightfully refreshing. If she is at all enervated to stand before someone with stature as queen of one of the nations the City might still, in some sense, be beholden to, as the non-rogue wings of the world, she does well to hide it.
She speaks of the City operations as if they are a fetching puzzle, even ornament, to the lives of those present in the conversation, drawing Melia in with coy turns of phrase and respectfully flattering judgements.
