TOO LATE

It's all Pyra can do not to giggle at Pandy's faux-impassioned queries. The other Blade knows perfectly well that she'd have been moaning over the drear of prep work just the same if Pyra had, in fact, waited for her to arrive, instead of starting in chopping green onions at their prearranged meeting time.

Pyra also knew perfectly well that Pandy'd be late, so she passes the bowl of katsuobushi, filled with enough pre-shaven flakes that the inevitable snacking won't make a dent, her way.
