Haze really doesn't have much of an idea what to expect now that she's been awakened by a new Driver, of course. What she was like before, in addition to not mattering, won't provide her any information of how she'll work with that Driver and any partner Blades.

Jin is reticent, steely. He keeps to the side, but also slightly in front - very balanced and judicious with his aggro acquisition, Haze notices. He's not resistant to her healing, necessarily, but quite reluctant to need it.

When the fight's over (Ferises, nothing fancy), he nods once, approval.

And it feels good.
