Pyra really has no idea what Paya's thinking - is she embarrassed, or is she terrified? Last she checked, there wasn't exactly anything terrifying about her appearance... Maybe her sword? But it isn't that different from a normal Flameblade anyone could pick up. A Great Flameblade, sure, but still a pretty standard weapon. And she's warm, which. Helpful, right?
