Moebius can't siphon from other Moebius, of course. There's nothing there to take - the loss of one Consul only yields an opening for new candidates, rather than a great harvest at the fall. Z doesn't particularly appreciate it, but he does accept it. It's not like they chose to die!

But whether or not Moebius are alive, X is being entertained, enthralled, by M. She did draw sustenance from the most special, silvery specimen, practically ad nauseum.
