Sensing Eunie's understandable, and considerable, hesitation, Minoth continued after a beat: "I think it's simple enough. The same way you all came out of those cradles, they gave me a refresh, and I kept on going."

"Yeah, but...you remember," Eunie pressed meaningfully. "Either that or you're pretending, but none of our other undead friends've been half so good at that."

"Oh, yeah." Minoth shook his head. Seeing, feeling, believing. Just a touch of phantom pain in his chest. "I'm real good at that. I'm the best."
