He could be as old as he pretends, father of a roughly-vaguely-sixteen-or-eighteen-or-seven-teen-teen-teen, so that's...forty-odd? and...

Whatever. He could be any/all of those. But Mythra can't. Mythra can only be as old as she is, which is so much more and less than him.
