Doing all the hard work for us.

Azzar doesn't like to invest overmuch in the semantics of getting things done. If someone expects that the work should be accomplished by someone else who's equally suited, then so be it. It'll lend its strength wherever asked, as long as it's not being slapped around by stupidity. It'll snark, too.

It'd rather let Brighid keep her airs and air herself out somewhere else than quibble with her about who said, shoe said. The idea of being easygoing and hardworking belongs to Addam, but probably, it gets this tendency of tight-lipped-ness from Minoth, of all people.

Brighid likes this, about it. She really, really does. With eyes lidded, no judginess in sight, Azzar simply goes and does. It's mesmerizing, to see a Blade so proud and yet so dutiful (for Aegaeon, wonderful as he is, sometimes tends to wobble around all over the place, asking for not a single favor in the entire time she's known him; have a backbone, will you?). Certainly, in comparison to Mythra...

Addam's doing better, then. He has got a nerve in him that can instill some confidence and respect in his wards.

Make no mistake, Azzar hasn't quite half the fortitude that Jin does. Indeed, it has some, and some generous measure of strength, but its keen power (its true value) lies in its dependableness.

"You're a charmer, Azzar," she remarks, to give her thanks where it's due.

"I am not," it replies, blankly, and goes back to stripping bark from branches for her.
