Any colony can reach Dirt rank, if it tries hard enough, but Fornis owns two standout Kevesi colonies to the one prominent presiding Agnian, so maybe there's something about white uniforms that makes you more prone to dusting them off, or keeping your seat clean in general.

Eunie doesn't have brilliant, blinding white plumage. She curses the most and the most varied (by the queen's, even) of anyone Ashera's ever seen or heard, rolling through the dust with startling abandon.

And flames, if she isn't gorgeous for it.
