She should be entirely in favour of a mercenary, with ideals either twice the size of hers or wholly nonexistent (though, as she looks at Zael's compatriots, she finds that possibility thankfully fairly unlikely); a back hardened by trials, an appetite quelled by food bought with honest coin earned (a mercenary isn't a thief, or we'd call them one), and such a brilliant heart.
