Zeon's no stern taskmaster, at least in Noah's experience. Still, he can be impossible to budge, when he's got himself set on an idea.

Strange, how much being suddenly promoted to commander changed him. All at once, returning as Ouroboros's co-leader (and to Zeon, the leader de facto, since he wasn't up to levelly acknowledging Agnus, just yet), Noah saw a soldier that looked, talked, and felt terms older, unreachable and certainly untouchable, instead of his tried-and-true dependable friend.

But, if you're determined, then you're determined. Setting that determination on something unexpected can be...harsh.

Someday, they'll be close again.
