Someone who didn't know Minoth very well might think that he was a naturally easygoing person; that all his handless sleights of banter with Addam, and every insouciantly turned phrase that made it up, were as easy as a neat turn on heel, if not a sight more.

In truth, Addam himself wasn't sure he had ever truly seen Minoth relax - but with each stride, and each smile, he began to suspect that he was getting closer and closer every day.
